Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Perkfull cards live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which are already on every phone. Customers add their card with a single tap after scanning a QR code.
How do staff add stamps or redeem rewards?
Staff open a simple scanner page on any phone or tablet, scan the customer's pass QR, and tap to add a stamp, award points or redeem a reward. They can also look a customer up by phone number.
Can I run more than one type of loyalty card?
Yes. Stamp cards, points-and-coupons, multi-stamp cards and VIP membership tiers can all run at the same time, and a customer can hold several passes.
Does it work for multiple branches?
