These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Perkfull — "you") and Perkfull ("Perkfull", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Perkfull does
Perkfull is a digital loyalty platform. We give your business tools to run loyalty cards, points, rewards and messages for your own customers, delivered through Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and the web.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your staff.
- You must be authorised to represent the business you register.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Perkfull for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
- Send messages to customers who have not agreed to receive them.
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. Your customers and their data
The customer information you collect through Perkfull belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to run the service. You are responsible for handling your customers' data lawfully — including obtaining consent for marketing messages — in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and any other laws that apply to you. Our own handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance for each period at the price shown on our pricing page.
- Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Free trials
We may offer a free trial. We can change or end trial features at any time. If you don't move to a paid plan, your account may be paused or closed.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep Perkfull running, but we provide the service "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, pause or improve features over time.
8. Cancellation
You can stop using Perkfull and close your account at any time. You can export your customer data before you leave. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Perkfull is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
